Chippies was started as a home industry over 30 years ago and has since grown into a major supplier of pickled onions to the supermarket chains throughout South Africa.

We produce superior quality pickled onions and export quality sweet cherry peppers.

Quality of the onions are selected personally from the Fresh Food Markets. Onions are peeled, washed, sized and colour-graded for best quality.

Product is manufactured to order to ensure quality and maintain crispness.

The factory lies within in the Kwa-Zulu Natal Midlands and is surrounded by sugar cane farms, orange orchards, vegetable farms and forestry.
