Size and quality of the onions are selected personally from the Fresh Food Markets.
Onions are peeled, washed, size- and colour-graded for best quality.
Vinegar and spice-mix is added and then bottles are pasteurised.
Product is manufactured to order to ensure quality and maintain crispness.
Chippies Pickled Onions are safe for diabetics and is low in cholesterol.
